Here to follow you. Seen a post on a support group for colon cancer stage 4. I’ve not been with the group long. My fiancé found out he had stage 4 colon cancer Mets to liver in May. We just had his third treatment this week. I’m praying and believing in a miracle for us.
So glad to have you here, and I hope some of what you read will be helpful as you continue to navigate the journey. When I heard the news, I never could have imagined how much happier I’d be almost five years later. This format allows the spoiler of knowing what happens next even as you’re on the roller coaster!
I’m so happy for you and Per that you have made it so far. Thank you for taking the time to share your journey with the rest of us. I look forward to the upcoming content and congratulating you on your 5 year anniversary.
Gina, I was shocked to read your post on linked in since I left the ad sales business. You have always been an amazing woman and I am so looking forward to reading your story. They definitely don’t know you. Proud of you. Thank you for sharing. I wish you all the best, joy of life and many experiences to come! Jennifer
Hi! I believe you replied to one of my Qs, in a Substack thread today (or yesterday).
Thanks for your wonderful response...
I’m now here on this (your first post) to start reading your Substack! (I’m 47, and due for a colonoscopy - but quite scared about the whole thing. Your publication seems a good place to learn & be inspired.) Thanks!
I’m so happy that you’re here! I definitely feel like declaring my purpose and format helped me to get past the idea of “I don’t belong here with REAL writers.” I like the fact that I committed to posting on a regular cadence; if I was trying to be a “real” writer I am not sure I would aim for twice-weekly.
; )
Best of luck and hope you take away from this space what you need to push your own project forward!

Thank you, Tom! Hope you will feel free to reach out any time, always here. : )

Thank you so much, Jennifer - good to "see" you here and hope you are spending lots of time on a boat and doing well!
Gina, this is the epitome of B, K, R, & I! Thank you- I can’t think of a better story teller to tell this story!
Thanks, Alison! I feel like I should know what that stands for - but I don’t?! Help a girl out? : )
❤️Think about our values!
Ahhhhhh!!!! No wonder Google didn’t know! LOL!!
Here for your story and for you. Always.
And from the very beginning. Thanks Shari!
Go get ‘em Gina! This is your purpose and I’m here for it 😀
From the first day of diagnosis, you’ve been there supporting me! Thanks for continuing to believe in me. : )
❤️💕❤️
